Welcome to Tidyup Handycrew. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and services within Toronto and surrounding areas in Ontario, Canada. By accessing our website, booking a service, or engaging with our company, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Company Overview
Tidyup Handycrew (“we”, “our”, “us”) provides professional residential and commercial cleaning and handyman services in Toronto and nearby areas. Our services are designed to deliver reliable, high-quality results tailored to each client’s needs, whether for homes, condos, offices, retail spaces, or other properties.
2. Service Agreement
When you book a service with us through our website, by phone, or via email, you agree to provide accurate contact and property information, grant reasonable access to the property at the scheduled time, inform us in advance of any hazards, restricted areas, pets, or special service requirements, and allow before-and-after photos for quality assurance purposes only with your consent.
Service start times are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather conditions, or prior job durations. If services cannot be completed due to access issues, safety concerns, or incorrect information provided by the client, a service fee may still apply.
3. Pricing and Payment
All pricing will be clearly communicated in advance through a quote or invoice. Final pricing may be adjusted if actual site conditions differ from the original description, including additional work, larger areas, or unexpected conditions.
Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed to in writing. Accepted payment methods include e-transfer, debit card, credit card, or approved invoicing. Late or unpaid balances may result in service suspension or additional charges.
4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. In cases of severe weather, emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule your service.
5. Liability and Limitations
While we take reasonable care in performing our services, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or structural defects. We are not liable for damage caused by faulty construction, aged or fragile materials, or unsecured items.
Clients are responsible for securing pets, valuables, and delicate items prior to service.
6. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with the service provided, you must notify us within 24 hours of service completion. Where appropriate, we will return to correct the issue at no additional cost.
7. Use of Website
You agree not to misuse our website or attempt to disrupt its functionality. All website content, including text, images, and logos, is the property of Tidyup Handycrew and is protected under Canadian copyright laws. Content may not be copied, reproduced, or redistributed without written permission.
8. Privacy Policy
Our handling of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you acknowledge and agree to the practices described in that policy.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
10. Force Majeure
We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform services due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, extreme weather, power outages, labour disruptions, or emergencies.
11. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Revised terms will be posted on our website with an updated “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
